Here traveling for work. IΓ’β¬β’m a single person just trying to have a small dinner. I have been here way too long... took forever just to get a water. Really thought about getting up and getting in my rental car to get dinner somewhere else. I figured the hotel restaurant would be quicker. Very poor customer service, unfortunately.

This is a very friendly and comfortable bar and grill. To note also really good food and awesome drinks! Karen was an amazing bartender.

Slowest service I have ever seen. Food was ok, but definitely not worth the wait... Had to ask just to get a waiter, and had to ask again for the waiter to go get our food that was sitting getting cold. WonΓ’β¬β’t be back.

Burgers are GREAT! This restaurant is inside of the Double Tree hotel it has a full bar and a pool table too. We stayed 2 nights and the first night we decided to eat dinner at the bar. We ordered the nachos and burgers and had lots of leftovers. Our server wAs great and helpful. The 2nd night we ordered room service which is from the restaurant. It was just as good as the first night and sure beats going outside in this freezing weather to grab a bite to eat!
